Job Description

Capgemini is hiring Risk and Finance Cloud Data Consultants in Bangalore. The company is looking for candidates with strong knowledge in Python, Databricks, and Azure cloud technologies. This role focuses on building scalable data pipelines, integrating APIs, and managing cloud-based data environments.

At Capgemini Invent, consultants collaborate closely with clients to deliver innovative and technology-driven transformation solutions using data, design, and engineering expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines using Python and Databricks (PySpark)

• Process and manipulate large datasets using advanced Python techniques

• Perform API ingestion and automation using JSON data formats

• Test APIs and integrations using tools like Postman

• Manage and monitor cloud environments using Azure Portal

• Develop distributed data processing applications using Databricks and PySpark

• Work in Agile/Scrum environments and follow DevOps best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-driven solutions

Eligibility Criteria

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field

Experience

• 0–2 years of relevant experience in data engineering or cloud development

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Python programming

• Experience with Pandas and NumPy

• Hands-on experience with Databricks and PySpark

• Knowledge of Azure Cloud and Azure Portal

• Experience working with APIs and JSON data

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD

• Experience using Postman for API testing

• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies
