Educational Qualification:

• Any Graduate (B.Tech / B.Sc / BCA / B.Com / BA or equivalent)
• Diploma in IT / Computers (also eligible)

Job Overview:

We are hiring candidates for IT Customer Care Center (ITCC) support to handle end-user technical issues and provide desktop support services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide IT support to end users and resolve technical issues
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Handle desktop support activities
• Assist users with email and system-related issues
• Ensure smooth IT operations and quick issue resolution

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Desktop Support
• Working knowledge of Windows 10 & Windows 11
• Familiarity with:
  • McAfee Antivirus
  • VPN
  • Windows Imaging
  • Outlook troubleshooting
• Good troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Key Requirement:

• Candidate must have either:
  • Good communication skills OR
  • Strong technical skills

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Freshers with IT knowledge can apply
• Candidates with 1–2 years of IT support experience preferred
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
