Job Summary:

Patil Group is looking for a skilled and motivated PLC Engineer to join our Maintenance Department at our Medchal Factory. The selected candidate will be responsible for programming, troubleshooting, and maintaining industrial automation systems used in Forging and Injection Molding operations.

We welcome both experienced candidates and freshers with strong PLC knowledge and industrial automation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• PLC programming and modification

• Troubleshooting automation and control systems

• Maintenance of PLC panels and electrical systems

• Handling breakdown maintenance in Forging and Injection Molding machines

• Monitoring machine performance and minimizing downtime

• Coordinating with production and maintenance teams

• Ensuring safety standards and compliance

Eligibility Criteria:

• Diploma / B.Tech / B.E in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or related field

• Knowledge of PLC programming (Siemens / Allen Bradley preferred)

• Basic understanding of industrial automation systems

• Freshers with strong technical knowledge can apply

• Good problem-solving skills

Experience:

• 0 – 5 Years
  (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Preferred Skills:

• PLC & HMI troubleshooting

• Control panel wiring knowledge

• Sensor and actuator handling

• Preventive maintenance knowledge

• Team coordination skills

Salary:

As per industry standards (Based on experience and skills)
