Job Overview:
We are hiring freshers for the role of Customer Support Associate. In this role, you will assist customers with technical issues, provide support through calls, emails, and chat, and ensure a smooth customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot basic technical issues (software, hardware, network)
- Guide customers with step-by-step solutions
- Record and track issues in the system
- Escalate complex problems to technical teams
